Hankin Group Announces $67 Million Expansion of Eagleview Landing Senior Living Community
Phase II adds 117 independent living residences to the luxury community in Exton, PA; opens November 2026
EXTON, PA - Hankin Group, a vertically integrated real estate company, announced the expansion of Eagleview Landing with the addition of 117 luxury independent living residences for residents 62 and older. The $67 million initiative, anticipated to open in November 2026, will add to Hankin Group's comprehensive senior living community at Eagleview in Exton, Pennsylvania.
Eagleview Landing’s first phase currently includes 107 assisted living and memory care residences and over 9,000 square feet of amenities.
