L'Olivo Trattoria to Open at Eagleview Town Center
Chef Francis Pascal brings authentic Northern Italian cuisine to Exton with new upscale dining destination
EXTON, PA (September 29, 2025) – Hankin Group, a vertically integrated real estate company, has announced it will welcome L'Olivo Trattoria, a new Northern Italian inspired restaurant, to Eagleview Town Center. The upscale eatery will occupy 3,500 square feet at 570 Wellington Square with seating for up to 90 guests in its modern dining room, bar, and outdoor patio space. The new concept will be open to customers on October 2nd, 2025.
A celebration of northern Italy’s rich culinary heritage with a delicate French twist, L'Olivo Trattoria will feature a curated menu of vibrant appetizers, fresh homemade pasta, slow cooked meats, grilled seafood, and curated wines. The restaurant represents the newest culinary venture from restaurateur Chef Francis Pascal, who operates The Birchrunville Store Cafe, a beloved French-Italian fusion BYOB, and the adjacent Butterscotch Pastry Shop in Chester County.

Menu highlights will include a variety of regional Italian specialties from Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany to Naples and Sicily, including rotolo with ricotta and spinach truffle fondue, black ink linguini carbonara, Barolo braised beef, and veal chop Milanese.
L'Olivo Trattoria joins a roster of premier dining establishments at Eagleview Town Center’s Restaurant Row, including Al Pastor, Bluefin, and Brickside Grille.
